$800MM Fashion Accessories Business - the company is based in the U.S. but has global sales and produces EBITDA of about $150MM. This privately owned target is well known by our Backable CEO and his team as a result of prior working relationships. Our CEO is a proven winner in the consumer goods sector and comes with a string of private equity turnarounds and corporate growth success stories.

$80MM - $100MM Specialty Valves Manufacturers - Our Backable CEO proposes to enter the business of energy efficient buildings by acquiring one or more components suppliers, namely high-value (specialty) valves manufacturer(s). For building owners the immediate benefit is cost saving through lower energy consumption (of their HVAC systems). In long-term, it is increased value of their property/investment as market is expected to give energy efficient buildings higher valuation and compliance with likely to come state/nationwide regulations. For investors/shareholders the opportunity is to enter multi-billion and aggressively growing "green" market through modest investment into a niche segment. Revenues are in excess of $50MM and EBITDA of $15MM. Our Backable CEO has identified several organic growth opportunities and two acquisition targets. Our Backable CEO is also the principal owner and founder. Company has thus far focused on supporting late stage trials and has expanded operations throughout the US with a foothold in Europe as well. The Backable CEO has had previous experience as President of a medical information services company and also as successful entrepreneur marketing pharmaceutical products to targeted patient groups

$50MM Internet Social Networking Roll Up - Successful web entrepreneur is our Backable CEO. He recently acquired a top 25 social networking destination and accompanying intellectual property. Assets include unique proprietary social networking software that is licensed to large, well-known users such as AARP. Plans to leverage social networking technology with the domain name celebs.com (also recently acquired) to build a community powered celebrity centric destination. Up to $50MM in capital will be used to grow business and acquire a celebrity news portal to round out the editorial offering. All assets are accretive to central vision: community destination with engaging Web 2.0 applications that enable the celebrity obsessed masses to create and consume compelling celebrity content. Post acquisition, company's assets would include three popular web destinations with substantial traffic and growing revenue. CEO has overseen two billion dollar plus expansion programs for publicly traded Internet companies and has built and sold (to a publicly traded company) his most recent Internet business - an Internet video streaming site. CEO's prior experience includes both Wharton and a Credit Suisse Internet banking background.

$250MM Turnaround in the Casual Dining Sector - A portfolio of restaurant properties is available for purchase at a discount from a senior lender. Our Backable CEO and his management team have an opportunity to select from a pool of properties and to use their years of industry experience to maximize the financial return through skillful management of the operations and property portfolios. The CEO is a hospitality executive with strong leadership, problem solving and decision making capabilities. This resort property project is located on a vacation destination island and is a well-established golf, tennis and water sport resort. The property has enjoyed a premier international reputation and has a long list of loyal clientele. Funding is needed to purchase the property and make updates to infrastructure. Backable CEO has previous resort hotel development experience with Hilton, Ritz Carlton and leading independent developers.

$50MM BBQ Rib Franchise - Backable CEO has already designed and developed an extremely successful BBQ rib establishment on the West Coast. Currently the initial location is generating over 30% EBITDA on sales with additional revenues from catering growing rapidly (50% year on year) due to popularity of the recipes. $80MM Roll up of Retail Clothing Designers/Manufacturers - Backable CEO candidate (London Business School MBA, McKinsey & Company) has been a success at creating brands and has profitably grown labels in the women's fashion industry. Has identified several brands for a roll-up of semi-luxury fashion labels operating mainly in the jeanswear, street fashion and general prêt-à-porter segments. Our candidate has already contracted with roll up targets to provide long-term marketing, sales, and distribution for their brands. Combining the companies would further allow design and creative staff to focus on branding while rationalizing administration, purchasing and manufacturing. Marketing, sales & distribution would take place through candidate's platform company.

$200MM+ Property & Casualty Insurance Company - Backable CEO candidate has identified several targets in the $200MM range and evaluation of alternatives is on-going. Candidate has played a leading role in senior management teams of major insurance companies culminating in several CEO appointments. These include serving as Chairman & CEO of a multibillion-dollar P&C company, President & CEO of one of the world's largest reinsurance companies, and President and Founder of a $2.3 billion property/casualty business. This last business was built from the ground up becoming a major, credible insurer of small to mid-size commercial and personal accounts through agents and brokers.

$50MM Roll up of Healthcare Services Companies - Backable CEO candidate has over twenty years of successful business creation/acquisition activity in the healthcare information industry. This BCEO has served as President & CEO both in companies that he has developed and for the acquirers of his companies. Our candidate has a contractual relationship with several multi-million-person membership organizations. His company conducts healthcare testing for the members and provides healthcare information to them sponsored by major pharmaceutical companies. This candidate is willing to use current company as a platform and has identified a healthcare information services company and an analytics company (for tracking clinical data) as potential acquisition targets.

$250MM Staffing and HR Consulting Firm - The Backable CEO currently runs this division of a larger company. He is an international executive with over years of success in consulting (formerly with McKinsey & Company) and the staffing and HR sectors.
