serves investors and executives seeking middle market transactions in the $50 million to $500 million
range of deal equity value. Our team has deep expertise in investment deal sourcing and C-level private
equity management talent.
The company was founded in 1976 by Richard B. Price as a consulting firm and as a vehicle for private
investments. Mr. Price began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company after receiving his
MBA and JD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Graduate School of Business and the
Law School. Over the years, the firm has engaged in investment banking, private equity deal making and
consulting with financial institutions around the world. Mr. Price has also served as president of
Philadelphia Suburban Corporation which now trades as Aqua America, Inc., (www.aquaamerica.com),
a publicly listed New York Stock Exchange company. Mr. Price has worked on deals with private equity
firms and hedge funds representing over $100 billion in capital.
