R.B. Price & Company primarily serves as a consultant to participants in the $50 million to $500 million range of deal equity value.
Our team also provides online capital transaction tools to middle market companies, M&A Intermediaries and capital providers through PQ Suite targeted at companies in the $10 million to $200 million revenue range.
The company was founded by Richard B. Price as a consulting firm and as a vehicle for his personal private investments. Mr. Price began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company after receiving his MBA and JD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Business and the Law School. Over the years, the firm has engaged in executive search, direct private equity investments and consulting with financial institutions around the world. Mr. Price has also served as president of Philadelphia Suburban Corporation which now trades as Aqua America, Inc., a publicly listed New York Stock Exchange company. Over the course of his career Mr. Price has served as a principal, consultant or advisor to institutions, private equity firms and hedge funds on transactions representing over $100 billion in capital.
Ms. Carr has served in senior management positions in several start-up companies including FutureVision, the Real Estate Investment Network and International Cultural Organization Network (ICON). In these B2B startups and service businesses, she held positions in communications, operations and financial management, and is a U.S. patent holder. She also served as the Managing Director of MUSEE, a 501(c)3 charitable organization providing marketing and public relations support to 33,000 museums around the world. More recently she has been operating a private consulting business working with local organizations to enhance their online activities.
Mr. Chandler has extensive experience in executive roles in B2B, B2C, G2C and financial services startups and systems integrators. He served as Director of Program Management in a public sector vertical and was Director / Operations Lead for internal R&D organization at Sapient Corporation. Later, he was a founder of Acquire Capital Plus (AC+), a commercial finance consultancy. AC+ represents a national network of direct lenders providing a broad spectrum of financial products for small business and commercial real-estate from startups to mid-size, including options for credit-damaged and capital-challenged businesses. Nick provides consulting advice in executive leadership, business and product development, FinTech and professional services.
