We offer private equity firms and hedge funds a Backable CEO Investment Package that consists of the following:

• A fully vetted CEO with a track record of success in his/her chosen industry;

• A target acquisition company (or companies) meeting your investment criteria;

• A tested investment thesis for your consideration;

• A fully trained executive search staff to conduct additional research on behalf of the Backable CEO candidate and/or other senior management team members as needed.

Placeable CEOs

We also maintain a database of over 400 leading CEO candidates who wish to run a private equity backed company but have not yet identified a target acquisition. These Placeable CEOs may be just right for the acquisition you are now considering – or they may also be appropriate candidates for positions in one or more of your current portfolio companies.

Interim Executives

From time to time private equity firms are in need of interim management to solve short-term problems. We have a roster of C-level executives (experienced CEOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.) seeking temporary senior level positions where their personal expertise can add significant value. Most of these executives have deep domain expertise in particular industry segments.
