- Richard B. Price is a Principal PECO. He founded R.B. Price & Company, Inc. in 1976 as a professional service provider that combines executive search expertise with financing to create investment opportunities for private equity firms, hedge funds and executive level talent. Mr. Price began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company after receiving his MBA and JD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Business and the Law School. Over the past thirty years, the firm has engaged in investment banking, private equity deal making and consulting with financial institutions around the world. Mr. Price has also served as president of Philadelphia Suburban Corporation which now trades as Aqua America, Inc., a publicly listed New York Stock Exchange company. Over the course of his career, Mr. Price has worked as a principal, consultant or advisor on deals with institutional investors, private equity firms and hedge funds representing over $100 billion in capital.
- Mr. Patrick H. Dudasik is a Principal of PECO. Prior to joining PECO, Mr. Dudasik served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Calamos Investments, a publicly-traded asset management firm (NASDAQ:CLMS) since 2001. Mr. Dudasik was a member of the five-person executive steering committee that directed the overall management of the firm. In addition, he was responsible for general corporate oversight, as well as all financial, accounting, operations, and information technology functions at the firm. Prior thereto, Mr. Dudasik worked for 18 years at Zurich Kemper Investments, Inc., where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Dudasik directed all financial functions, including corporate and fund accounting, financial analysis of new products, mergers and acquisition candidates among other duties. He headed the due diligence teams for a number of asset management acquisitions. Mr. Dudasik holds a B.S. in accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a CPA.
- Gerald O’Dwyer is founder and CEO of Blackmore Partners LLC and has over 20 years of experience facilitating hundreds of change initiatives including mergers and acquisitions. At Blackmore Partners, Gerald focuses on working with executives to develop their vision and discover their passion. In 1992, Gerald founded Fuzhen Group where he helped a wide range of investment firms and companies (or company divisions) develop the thinking and behavioral skills that are needed to speed up the implementation of their strategy, vision, or initiative. Gerald’s past clients range from small-cap companies to Fortune 100 organizations and include Silk Road Equities, Motorola, BP, Siemens, ChevronTexaco and Apple, among others. Before Fuzhen Group, Gerald was a founder and partner of Harvard Brown and Team XCEL Partners, a consulting and private investment firm.
- B. Graeme Frazier, IV is the founder and President of Private Capital Research LLC, a consulting firm that sources, originates, and invests in buyout and recapitalization investment opportunities for middle-market private equity firms and corporate clients. He is also a founder and partner in GF Data Resources LLC, a provider of transaction data on private equity-sponsored M&A transactions. Prior to PCR, Graeme was Director of Research for the Private Capital Group of Berwind Financial Group LP, where he was responsible for industry and company research relating to private capital investments. Graeme also directed the process that provided both proprietary and opportunistic deal flow for the Leveraged Acquisitions Group. Graeme has a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and an M.B.A. from Temple University (Executive Program), where he received the Dean’s Certificate of Excellence and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
